Peer Board AI — Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address (email-code sign-in) or the identifier and optional email provided by Sign in with Apple. Used only to create and identify your account.
• Content you create: board meeting topics, discussion records, action plans, group information, and profile details — used solely to provide the app's features.
• Voice data: when you use voice input, speech is transcribed to text for use in the app; we do not retain raw audio for any other purpose.
• Subscription status: transaction status of subscriptions completed through the Apple App Store (payment is handled by Apple; we never see your payment details).

2. AI Features

Your topics and meeting content are sent to a large-language-model service to generate AI board members' viewpoints, follow-up questions, and summaries — solely to fulfill the features you request, never for advertising or profiling.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

• No location, contacts, or photo library access.
• No cross-app tracking, no third-party advertising SDKs, and we never sell your data.

4. Storage and Security

Data is stored on our servers in Hong Kong and encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Sign-in credentials use industry-standard signed tokens and are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account): all sessions are revoked immediately and your content is deleted. You may also email info@cxodex.com.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is intended for business owners and managers, not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
