一、服务说明

掌上 AI 私董会由 CXODEX 提供，为企业经营者提供 AI 董事会议、议题研讨、行动计划追踪与成长仪表盘等功能。AI 生成内容仅供经营决策参考，不构成法律、财务或投资建议；重大决策请咨询专业人士。

二、账号

你需以邮箱或 Apple 账号注册登录，并对账号下的行为负责。你可随时在 App 内「我的 → 删除账号」终止服务并删除数据。

三、订阅与付费（自动续期订阅）

• 订阅名称：Pro 会员（月度，"掌上AI私董会 Pro"）。
• 订阅时长与价格：每月自动续期，人民币 ¥98/月（以 App 内购买页展示价格为准）。
• 扣费：确认购买后通过你的 Apple 账户（App Store）扣款。
• 自动续期：订阅将自动续期，除非在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订；续订费用在当前周期结束前 24 小时内经 Apple 账户扣取。
• 管理与取消：购买后可前往 iOS「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」管理或取消订阅。
• 免费试用（如提供）：试用期内取消不收费；试用期结束前未取消将自动转为付费订阅；订阅生效后未使用的试用期部分作废。

四、用户内容与行为规范

你对在 App 内创建的内容负责，不得利用本服务从事违法活动或上传侵权、违法内容。我们有权对违规账号采取限制措施。

五、知识产权

App 及其内容（不含你创建的内容）的知识产权归 CXODEX 所有。你创建的内容归你所有，你授予我们为提供服务所必需的处理许可。

六、免责声明

在法律允许的范围内，本服务按"现状"提供。对因使用 AI 生成内容作出的经营决策及其后果，CXODEX 不承担责任。

七、协议变更与终止

协议更新会在本页发布，继续使用即视为接受更新。你可随时停止使用并删除账号。

Peer Board AI — Terms of Use (EULA)

1. The Service

Peer Board AI, provided by CXODEX, offers AI advisory-board meetings, topic discussions, action-plan tracking, and a growth dashboard for business owners. AI-generated content is for business reference only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

2. Accounts

You sign in with an email address or Apple account and are responsible for activity under your account. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account).

3. Subscription (Auto-Renewable)

• Title: Pro Membership (monthly, "Peer Board AI Pro").
• Length & price: renews monthly at CNY ¥98/month (the price shown on the in-app purchase page prevails).
• Payment: charged to your Apple account (App Store) upon purchase confirmation.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage / cancel: iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Free trial (if offered): cancel during the trial and you will not be charged; unless cancelled, the trial converts to a paid subscription, and any unused trial portion is forfeited upon purchase.

4. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for the content you create and must not use the service for unlawful activity or infringing content. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The app and its contents (excluding your content) belong to CXODEX. Your content remains yours; you grant us the license necessary to operate the service.

6. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". CXODEX is not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Changes and Termination

Updates will be posted on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
